Adequate stay, some minor issues
excellent location very good food nice restaurants unsolved issues burned-out lightbulb acceptable breakfast
the location is excellent, situated near the castle region. the bistro attached to the hotel serves very good food. there are several nice restaurants in the immediate area.
i noticed a few small issues with the room, such as a lightbulb being out. the staff never addressed these problems . breakfast was acceptable, and the room was clean upon arrival at least.

historic stay!
private patio quiet area
i loved this boutique hotel! the atelier suite was amazing with a private patio on the roof. it was so quiet i slept like a baby.
the coffee stuff wasn't replenished, and i had to ask every morning. i even left the coffee machine drawer open as a hint but they didn't get it!

the staff was kind, attentive, and also very helpful. communication was easy, even before my 2am arrival. they helped arrange cabs when i needed them, very fast.

the room had so much space and quirky, beautiful decor. my mattress was hard, but comfy too. it seemed like home, but fancier and cleaner, woohoo!

the bistro is open for breakfast and the food is so good. it is in a historic location so the castle district is a short walk. i really liked the french breakfast included.

fantastic location easy access natural light missing shower gel aircon remote no lift
the location was fantastic and offered easy access to sites. the room provided natural light and felt spacious. i appreciated the charming atmosphere.. it was very clean.
i encountered a few issues with amenities. the shower gel was not replaced after it ran out. i also was not given an air conditioning remote, an inconvenience. there was no lift.

Communication was seamless prior to arrival. the breakfast offered a diverse menu. Service was prompt. the room was clean. Facilities were well kept. the location proved central with local bakeries and shops nearby.
the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy.

Really good Stay!
wonderful room effective air-conditioning warm welcome lovely location
The room was wonderful and the air-conditioning greatly cooled us given the heatwave! I felt welcomed by the manager and all staff from arrival until departure. The hotel is located a short walk from the Danube views at Fisherman's Bastion. I definitely enjoyed the short strolls each evening.
There was no lift, and the winding staircase was slightly hard to manage with a heavy suitcase.

The breakfast menu offered many diverse options. Selecting a dish from the menu was a good experience. I enjoyed the plentiful portions served for breakfast. The food was delicious and filling for the day ahead.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. I also thought it was very silent. Soft sheets and quality pillows were provided, much appreciated after walking around the city. The winding staircase to our room felt special.
